Military Retirement to Orion Talent Recruiter
Christina Burleson, Air Force Technical Sergeant (Ret), is much earlier in her military- to-civilian transition. After 21 years of service, Christina participated in SkillBridge through Orion Talent beginning in January 2022. If you're not familiar with SkillBridge, it's an opportunity for service members to gain valuable civilian work experience during their last 180-days of service. This internship program is close to my heart and offers an incredible bridge between military service and a civilian career.
